Promind Coaching Group required ongoing IT support to keep their coaching business running smoothly. The work covered day-to-day technical support, managing their LearnWorlds learning platform, and handling the bits of tech that coaching businesses rely on but don’t always have time to sort themselves.
A key part of the role involved developing and maintaining their LearnWorlds setup, making sure course content was properly organised and the platform worked as it should for their clients. This included systems automation to reduce manual tasks, integrating different tools to talk to each other properly, and video editing to get their coaching content looking professional and ready to publish.
The support arrangement gave Promind a reliable technical resource without needing to bring someone in-house. Whether it was troubleshooting issues, setting up new systems or editing videos for courses, the work kept their operations ticking over so they could focus on actually coaching rather than wrestling with technology.
